Carefully situated on its lakefront property, The Waters provides breath-taking views of Lake Winnebago.

Set back from the shoreline on a large, green lawn, the carefully renovated historic structure maintains its original charm and integrity. Inside, you’ll find enchanting photographic locales and dazzling evening lighting, an elegant ballroom, fully stocked bars and European crystal chandeliers. Nature lovers will revel in the brilliantly-colored sunsets and gorgeous moonrises, which set the stage for an event experience unlike any other.

The Waters can accommodate as many as 300 guests indoors.

We are also home to the Oshkosh Yacht Club and the offices of American Legion Cook-Fuller Post #70.
